現在新築中のお客様より （05月20日）The two of us are researchers of Japanese history. When it was time to replace our 40-year old house, we wanted a home that could accommodate our large collection of books and documents, and that was bright and comfortable to live in. We particularly like older Japanese architecture from the Taisho and early Showa periods, and wanted a house design that would feel more traditional.
We chose Mr. Miyakawa's company because we were familiar with their work around Utsunomiya. We were impressed by their experience, variety of designs and styles, and from our discussions with them, their careful consideration of customer needs. Therefore although we live in southern Saitama Prefecture, we could not think of anyone but Mr. Miyakawa for the job. Although we live far away, Mr. Miyakawa and his team were willing to take up the challenge and worked out a schedule enabling them to work on the project smoothly. Although our plot of land is very small and tightly packed between other houses, they bravely met the challenge of working in such an environment. They have been able to design and construct an attractive, original house that makes maximum use of space without feeling cramped at all. They are professional, skillful people who care about their work and pay careful attention to detail. Throughout the entire process of building our house so far, they have been attentive to our goals, and intensely dedicated to their work. We are currently living nearby and can enjoy seeing the work progressing day-by-day. We are tremendously pleased and are looking forward to living in our new house when it is complete!
